Strategy & planning

Luca's brand is rooted in unpretentious sophistication, and the website needed to reflect that same refined atmosphere.

Working in collaboration with Everything In Between, we intended to develop a web experience that was intentionally minimal, allowing the restaurant’s photography to lead the narrative while maintaining a sense of space, rhythm, and restraint throughout.

Production & delivery

We built Luca’s new website using a headless Storyblok CMS and a modern tech stack, enabling an efficient editing workflow with strong SEO performance.

Alongside the main site, we refined the aesthetics of their Shopify store to ensure a consistent visual identity across platforms.

We also provided training and ongoing support, empowering the team to confidently manage and maintain their article content.

After 8 years, re-designing the LUCA website was a significant undertaking. We wanted it to move from a booking page to a shop window — bringing our brand to life for casual observers and long time admirers alike.

ditta really understood what we were trying to achieve and were able to bridge the gap between design and build whilst taking all creative and commercial considerations on board.

They are a pleasure to work with and are now an integral part of the Smith & Willis family.
